Surpriza tine de faptul ca populatia, marimea tarii, rata de penetrare a internetului si prosperitatea economica nu sunt singurii factori demni de a fi luati in calcul, tari precum Coreea de Sud, Norvegia, Suedia, Olanda si Singapore situandu-se in topul clasamentului.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa parerea celor de la Forrester Research rata de adoptie a online retail-ului rezulta dintr-o convergenta de factori de comportament, tehnologici si logistici.\u00a0Prin urmare, pentru a face aceasta evaluare cantitativa, cei de la Forrester Research au luat in calcul nu doar conditiile macroeconomice ale tarilor si dimensiunea pietei, ci si obiceiurile de plata ale consumatorilor, infrastructura de curierat din tara respectiva, banii pe care locuitorii respectivei tari sunt dispusi sa ii cheltuiasca online si multi alti astfel de factori. Spre exemplu, in Coreea de Sud, veniturile per cap de locuitor sunt destul de scazute la 22000 USD, dar locuitorii ei sunt &#8222;gata sa cheltuiasca&#8221; (avand al treilea cel mai mare numar de carti de credit si debit per cap de locuitor, fiind a patra tara in termeni de activitate a pietei si intensitate a activitatii si avand o populatie tanara si hi-tech) conform Forrester Research, ceea ce duce Coreea de Sud pe locul 4 in clasamentul Forrester Readiness Index.<\/p>\n<p>Iata clasamentul Forrester Readiness Index al primelor 10 tari cele mai pregatite de expansiune in comertul electronic:<\/p>\n<p>1.
