Oli a vorbit despre faptul c\u0103 echipele de marketing sunt disfunc\u021bionale, deoarece oamenii nu lucreaz\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, \u0219i ne-a propus un proces prin care putem implementa colaborarea \u00een cadrul echipei.
