Este important ca site-ul s\u0103 arate bine, dar este \u0219i mai important ca utilizatorul s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 ce trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00cent\u00e2i scriem con\u021binutul apoi creion\u0103m designul. Fotografiile trebuie s\u0103 fie de calitate, iar produsele ar trebui fotografiate din mai multe unghiuri \u0219i de la distan\u021be diferite. Anumite caracteristici, \u00eens\u0103, nu pot fi transmise prin intermediul unor poze statice, iar aici intervine utilitatea unui video.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Customer service inexistent<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produsul, de unul singur, nu este suficient pentru a \u00eencheia o tranzac\u021bie. \u00cenainte de a achizi\u021biona pentru prima dat\u0103, utilizatorii caut\u0103 \u0219i informa\u021bii despre modalit\u0103\u021bi de plat\u0103, livrare \u0219i retur. Dac\u0103 aceste pagini lipsesc sau sunt greu de g\u0103sit, utilizatorii vor considera c\u0103 site-ul nu are credibilitate \u0219i vor p\u0103r\u0103si pagina. \u00cen schimb, o pagin\u0103 dedicat\u0103 customer service, unde utilizatorii g\u0103sesc detalii de contact \u0219i r\u0103spunsuri la \u00eentreb\u0103ri frecvente, va ajuta la cre\u0219terea ratei de conversie.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Checkout complicat<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un proces complicat de checkout, cu mul\u021bi pa\u0219i, \u00eei face pe utilizatori s\u0103 renun\u021be.
