Despre problemele de UX pe care le-a identificat \u00een timpul competi\u021biei pute\u021bi citi \u00een cele ce urmeaz\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema principal\u0103 a magazinelor online rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti este c\u0103 nu \u00ee\u0219i cunosc utilizatorii. Atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi lansezi un magazin online dar nu \u0219tii cui vinzi, nu ai un buyer persona, nu ai scopul magazinului bine definit, vei face ni\u0219te gre\u0219eli de UX fatale pentru business. \u00centr-un fel trebuie s\u0103 te adresezi persoanelor fizice \u0219i \u00eentru cu totul alt fel te vei adresa persoanelor juridice. Pentru acestea din urm\u0103 este necesar s\u0103 ai pus la punct un sistem de fidelizare, o campanie de email marketing coerent\u0103, altfel spus, trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi adaptezi stilul de comunicare \u00een func\u021bie de audien\u021b\u0103. Abia apoi po\u021bi trece la no\u021biuni de design.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ce po\u021bi face pentru a trece de pragul de 1% al ratei de conversie<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pornind de la premisa c\u0103 toate problemele ce \u021bin de UX au fost eliminate, avem de rezolvat urm\u0103toarea ecua\u021bie: \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, dintre toate persoanele care au acces la internet, doar 11-12% achizi\u021bioneaz\u0103 online, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 toate magazinele online se bat pe acest procent (la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului 2017, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia erau aproximativ 7000 de magazine online). \u00centruc\u00e2t nu toate magazinele online reprezint\u0103 branduri care s\u0103 beneficieze de acela\u0219i nivel de vizibilitate \u0219i de \u00eencrederea consumatorilor, singura modalitate prin care acestea pot atrage mai mul\u021bi clien\u021bi este prin c\u00e2\u0219tigarea \u00eencrederii (d\u00e2nd dovad\u0103 de profesionalism, av\u00e2nd un design al site-ului atractiv, un timp scurt de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, poze atractive, prezen\u021ba datelor de contact \u0219i a termenilor \u0219i condi\u021biilor pe site, trust marks etc.). De asemenea, strategia de marketing \u0219i alegerea cuvintelor cheie joac\u0103 un rol important \u00een cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de conversii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te usability, magazinele online trebuie s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare faptul c\u0103 structura meniului, a categoriilor, subcategoriilor \u0219.a.m.d. trebuie s\u0103 fie foarte clar\u0103 pentru ca utilizatorul s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103, de la prima vedere, unde se afl\u0103, ce are de f\u0103cut \u0219i cum poate g\u0103si mai repede produsul c\u0103utat. Altfel, acesta va p\u0103r\u0103si site-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tool-urile specifice ar trebui folosite \u00een momentul \u00een care avem suficient de multe informa\u021bii pe care s\u0103 le analiz\u0103m pentru a putea lua decizii pe baza lor. Una dintre cele mai stringente probleme ale magazinelor online rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti este rata mare de abandon a co\u0219ului de cump\u0103r\u0103turi.
