Cunoa\u0219te-\u021bi clien\u021bii!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNoi ne cunoa\u0219tem foarte bine clien\u021bii. \u0218tim ce vor,cum vor, dar \u0219i ce nu vor. O cunoa\u0219tere exagerat\u0103 a clien\u021bilor \u0219i metode inovative de a ajunge la ei pot face diferen\u021ba \u00eentre succes \u0219i e\u0219ec.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Pre\u021bul este foarte important, dar nu este totul!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ePre\u021bul este important &#8211; foarte important, dar la fel sunt \u0219i selec\u021bia de produse, disponibilitatea acestora, u\u0219urin\u021ba cu care comanzi \u0219i returnezi, timpul de livrare. Dac\u0103 \u00eentregul pachet de servicii este de calitate, atunci nu trebuie s\u0103 te preocupe faptul c\u0103 nu e\u0219ti cel mai ieftin de pe pia\u021b\u0103.
