Lucruri de tip \u201cMiss World\u201d: business-ul s\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 aduc\u0103 lumii o contribu\u021bie social\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Compania ta trebuie s\u0103 fie \u201e<strong>iubibil\u0103<\/strong>\u201d de clien\u021bi \u0219i angaja\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103 fii preg\u0103tit s\u0103 iei m\u0103suri \u00een cazul \u00eencetinirii cre\u0219terii business-ului<\/li>\n<li><strong>Riscurile<\/strong> sunt mai mari online dec\u00e2t la afacerile offline. Dac\u0103 ai un business de ni\u0219\u0103, cu marj\u0103 de 35%, este alt\u0103 poveste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>\u201eSunt industrii \u00een care nu m-a\u0219 b\u0103ga. E nevoie s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi domeniul &#8211; dar nu la nivel de exper\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103-\u021bi plac\u0103. De exemplu, nu m\u0103 bag \u00een energie regenerabil\u0103, pentru c\u0103 este un domeniu total diferit\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ce este <strong>valoarea<\/strong>?<br \/>\n&#8211; Ce fel de return v\u0103 dori\u021bi pe investi\u021bie? Care este minimumul dorit pentru a face o investi\u021bie?<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u0103 intereseaz\u0103 RONIC (Return On New Invested Capital) \u0219i ROIC (Return On Invested Capital).<br \/>\n&#8211; Este o form\u0103 de fericire.<\/li>\n<li>Ce este <strong>strategia<\/strong>?<br \/>\n&#8211; Atunci c\u00e2nd ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u201em\u00e2na invizibil\u0103\u201d (Adam Smith), s\u0103 produci avantaj competitiv sustenabil (mai mul\u021bi bani dec\u00e2t concuren\u021ba tot timpul).<br \/>\n&#8211; Cum faci asta? Faci un produs unic \u0219i stabile\u0219ti orice pre\u021b, sau ai costuri mai mici dec\u00e2t to\u021bi ceilal\u021bi care fac acela\u0219i produs.<br \/>\n&#8211; Diferen\u021bierea c\u0103tre a face alegeri tot timpul. Trebuie s\u0103 fiu mereu diferen\u021biat, s\u0103 \u0219tie partenerii \u0219i clien\u021bii de ce m\u0103 aleg pe mine. Oamenii cump\u0103r\u0103 de la prima op\u021biune, nu de la a 8-a.<\/li>\n<li>Nu mai e suficient s\u0103 satisfaci o nevoie, <strong>trebuie s\u0103 creezi o experien\u021b\u0103 pentru clien\u021bi<\/strong>.
