Mai jos red\u0103m ideile principale extrase din discu\u021bie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Categoria de v\u00e2rst\u0103 care a crescut cel mai mult \u00een r\u00e2ndul cump\u0103r\u0103torilor online este cea de <strong>45-54 de ani<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Exist\u0103 un trend macro \u201e<strong>chiar aici, chiar acum<\/strong>\u201d printre clien\u021bi: achizi\u021bia unui produs s\u0103 se fac\u0103 foarte repede, finalizarea procesului de cump\u0103rare s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai rapid\u0103, produsul s\u0103 ajung\u0103 c\u00e2t mai repede. Lucruri la care magazinele online mai dau gre\u0219 c\u00e2teodat\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Peste 60% dintre consumatori au spus c\u0103 vor s\u0103 se relaxeze mai mult, iar magazinele online ar trebui s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 acestei nevoi prin <strong>filtre mai clare<\/strong> prin care produsele s\u0103 se g\u0103seasc\u0103 mai u\u0219or, prin modul \u00een care trateaz\u0103 clientul etc.<\/li>\n<li>Clien\u021bii se uit\u0103 \u00een continuare \u00een primul r\u00e2nd la pre\u021b c\u00e2nd vor s\u0103 fac\u0103 o cump\u0103r\u0103tur\u0103. <strong>Pre\u021bul r\u0103m\u00e2ne un diferen\u021biator puternic<\/strong> pe care \u00eel are online-ul \u00een fa\u021ba magazinelor fizice.<\/li>\n<li>Magazinele trebuie s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een <strong>comunicare<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>imagine<\/strong> pentru a transmite \u00eencredere, mai mult dec\u00e2t s\u0103 intre \u00een competi\u021bia pre\u021bului cel mai mic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em><strong>\u201eO problem\u0103 care persist\u0103 e lipsa de \u00eencredere \u00een magazinele online. Majoritatea cump\u0103r\u0103 online, dar fac plata cash la livrare, pentru c\u0103 nu au \u00eencredere s\u0103-\u0219i dea datele de pe card.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>85% dintre rom\u00e2ni au auzit despre <strong>GDPR<\/strong>.
