Urmeaz\u0103 produsele din categoria <strong>Auto &amp; Moto<\/strong> incluz\u00e2nd poli\u021bele RCA (606 lei), produsele din categoria <strong>Home &amp; Deco<\/strong> (548 lei), dar \u0219i articolele de <strong>vestimenta\u021bie<\/strong> (541 lei), <strong>cardurile cadou<\/strong> (454 lei), <strong>jocurile electronice \u0219i produsele pentru Gaming<\/strong> (373 lei) \u0219i <strong>cosmeticele<\/strong> (294 lei).<\/p>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nii vor cheltui, \u00een medie, 273 lei pentru <strong>juc\u0103rii \u0219i produse destinate copiilor sau bebelu\u0219ilor<\/strong>, iar pentru produsele din categoria <strong>C\u0103r\u021bi, Birotic\u0103 \u0219i Cadouri<\/strong> \u2013 bugetul mediu este de 251 lei. Pe ultimul loc \u00een clasament se afl\u0103 <strong>produsele pentru adul\u021bi<\/strong>, rom\u00e2nii fiind dispu\u0219i s\u0103 cheltuiasc\u0103 doar 125 lei pentru acestea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen intervalul noiembrie &#8211; decembrie, categoriile de <strong>Fashion<\/strong>, <strong>Cosmetice<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>C\u0103r\u021bi\/Cadouri<\/strong> sunt cele din care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 se achizi\u021bioneze cele mai multe produse, chiar dac\u0103 bugetul alocat pe aceste categorii este mai mic dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul IT&amp;C sau Travel. <strong>Bugetul mediu total<\/strong> alocat de rom\u00e2ni pentru achizi\u021bia de produse \u00een perioada de Black Friday \u0219i Cr\u0103ciun este de <strong>2.718 lei<\/strong>, din care aproape jum\u0103tate este <strong>destinat cadourilor<\/strong>: <strong>1.240 lei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>7 din 10 responden\u021bi inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cumpere cadouri \u00een perioada noiembrie \u2013 decembrie 2018 ele reprezent\u00e2nd, \u00een medie, <strong>48% din totalul cump\u0103r\u0103turilor nealimentare<\/strong> pe care inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 le fac\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului, <strong>num\u0103rul mediu de cadouri preconizat fiind de 6 produse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14689\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GPeC-Eureka-Insights-Black-Friday-Women-Shopping.jpg\" alt=\"Studiu GPeC Eureka Insights cumparaturi Black Friday si Craciun 2018\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GPeC-Eureka-Insights-Black-Friday-Women-Shopping.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GPeC-Eureka-Insights-Black-Friday-Women-Shopping-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/GPeC-Eureka-Insights-Black-Friday-Women-Shopping-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Alte statistici rezultate \u00een urma studiului:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Femeile prefer\u0103 \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 mai mare dec\u00e2t b\u0103rba\u021bii s\u0103 cumpere exclusiv din mediul offline (40% femei vs. 15% b\u0103rba\u021bi), \u00een timp ce b\u0103rba\u021bii aleg preponderent comer\u021bul online (37% b\u0103rba\u021bi vs. 17% femei). Distribu\u021bia pe sexe se echilibreaz\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd este vorba de cump\u0103r\u0103turi at\u00e2t din mediul offline, c\u00e2t \u0219i din mediul online, 5 din 10 responden\u021bi aleg\u00e2nd ambele canale pentru cump\u0103r\u0103turile de sezon.<\/li>\n<li>Persoanele care doresc s\u0103 fac\u0103 achizi\u021bii exclusiv din <strong>mediul online<\/strong> inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cheltuiasc\u0103 <strong>mai mult<\/strong> pentru un produs dec\u00e2t cei care aleg doar achizi\u021biile din offline, iar bugetele cresc \u00een cazul celor care vor face cump\u0103r\u0103turi folosind ambele canale de v\u00e2nzare. De asemenea, responden\u021bii care au declarat c\u0103 sunt interesa\u021bi doar de v\u00e2nz\u0103rile de Black Friday inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cheltuiasc\u0103 mai mult pentru un produs, comparativ cu cei care a\u0219teapt\u0103 exclusiv reducerile de Cr\u0103ciun.<\/li>\n<li>B\u0103rba\u021bii prefer\u0103 \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 mai mare v\u00e2nz\u0103rile de Black Friday, iar femeile pe cele de Cr\u0103ciun.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen medie, fiecare respondent care a declarat c\u0103 inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cumpere online, are \u00een vedere <strong>8 magazine online<\/strong> diferite pe care le urm\u0103re\u0219te pentru a face achizi\u021bii.<\/li>\n<li>Aproximativ 3 din 10 responden\u021bi au participat \u00een ultimii 3 ani at\u00e2t la reducerile de Black Friday, c\u00e2t \u0219i la cele de Cr\u0103ciun. Potrivit acestora, <strong>gradul de satisfac\u021bie privind experien\u021ba de cump\u0103rare este pe un trend cresc\u0103tor<\/strong> (de la 76% experien\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 \u00een 2016, la 80% \u00een 2017).<\/li>\n<li>Totu\u0219i, pentru cei care s-au declarat nemul\u021bumi\u021bi de Black Friday 2017, <strong>principalele 3 motive ale insatisfac\u021biei fa\u021b\u0103 de experien\u021ba de cump\u0103rare<\/strong> sunt, \u00een ordine: <strong>pre\u021buri prea mari fa\u021b\u0103 de a\u0219tept\u0103rile lor<\/strong> (31%), <strong>reducerile au fost percepute drept artificiale<\/strong> (27%), iar <strong>timpul de livrare a fost prea mare<\/strong> (20%)<\/li>\n<li>Doar 17% dintre responden\u021bii care au participat la campania de Black Friday 2017 nu mai inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 participe \u0219i anul acesta, imensa majoritate de 83% fiind, \u00een continuare, interesat\u0103 de promo\u021biile Black Friday 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Datele au fost colectate \u00een luna septembrie 2018, iar studiul a fost f\u0103cut pe un e\u0219antion de 407 persoane \u2013 femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi din mediul urban, cu v\u00e2rsta de peste 18 ani \u0219i cu acces la internet. Marja de eroare este de +\/- 5% pe un interval de \u00eencredere de 95%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Black Friday \u0219i cifrele estimate de GPeC \u00een E-Commerce 2018<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Black Friday 2018 va fi organizat de eMAG<\/strong> (cel mai mare magazin online din Rom\u00e2nia) \u00een ziua de <strong>16 noiembrie<\/strong>, majoritatea retailer-ilor online al\u0103tur\u00e2ndu-se acestei date.
