Europa de Sud urmeaz\u0103 cu 14% (78 miliarde de euro), Europa de Nord cu 9% (49 miliarde de euro), Europa Central\u0103 cu 6% (34 miliarde de euro), iar Europa de Est reprezint\u0103 4% din total share, cu o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 23 de miliarde de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te <strong>media cheltuielilor online<\/strong>, nordicii conduc clasamentul cu 2.046 de euro, \u00een vreme ce est-europenii cheltuie doar 276 de euro la cump\u0103r\u0103turi online.<\/p>\n<p>Elve\u021bia este \u021bara cu cea mai mare rat\u0103 de cump\u0103r\u0103turi on-line (88%), urmat\u0103 de Marea Britanie (87%) \u0219i Danemarca (86%), \u00een timp ce cele mai sc\u0103zute rate pentru shopping online \u00een 2018 sunt \u00eenregistrate de Bulgaria (31%), Rom\u00e2nia (26%) \u0219i Ucraina (22%).<\/p>\n<p>Printre <strong>motivele pentru care europenii nu cump\u0103r\u0103 online,<\/strong> raportul men\u021bioneaz\u0103 viteza de livrare, lipsa \u00eencrederii \u00een procedurile de primire \u0219i returnare a produselor \u0219i problemele legate de securitatea pl\u0103\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<h3>Starea retailului online B2C \u00een Europa de Est \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cen 2018, pia\u021ba de e-commerce est-european\u0103 a \u00eenregistrat 22.9 miliarde de euro, o cre\u0219tere de 7,2% fa\u021b\u0103 de 2017. Pentru 2019 se estimeaz\u0103 o cre\u0219tere de 16,6% \u0219i o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 26.7 miliarde de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u021a\u0103rile din blocul est-european au cel mai slab grad de penetrare al internetului, cu o medie de 71% din popula\u021bie conectat\u0103. 52% dintre ace\u0219tia se conecteaz\u0103 pentru a face cump\u0103r\u0103turi online.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/europa-shopping-online-2019.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15917\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/europa-shopping-online-2019.png\" alt=\"Shopping online \u021b\u0103ri europene 2019\" width=\"948\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/europa-shopping-online-2019.png 948w, https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/europa-shopping-online-2019-300x126.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/europa-shopping-online-2019-768x322.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, 74% din popula\u021bie se conecteaz\u0103 la internet.
