De altfel, sectorul a \u00eenregistrat \u00een 2018 o <strong>cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 2.8 miliarde de euro<\/strong>, urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 ating\u0103 3.12 miliarde anul acesta \u0219i s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 4 miliarde \u00een 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Deloc surprinz\u0103tor, categoria de Fashion are \u0219i cea mai mare rat\u0103 de retur online, 13%, urmat\u0103 de departe de pia\u021ba de electrocasnice cu 4%. Cu o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 2.01 miliarde de euro \u00een 2018, <strong>sectorul electro-IT<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 a doua cea mai c\u0103utat\u0103 categorie de produse online. Un segment interesant \u00eel reprezint\u0103 pia\u021ba de bilete online pentru filme \u0219i spectacole, 51% dintre polonezi comand\u00e2ndu-\u0219i online biletele. <strong>Marketplace-ul Allegro<\/strong> se deta\u0219eaz\u0103 printre retailerii online de top polonezi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pl\u0103\u021bile online \u0219i livrarea la domiciliu \u00een topul preferin\u021belor polonezilor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cea mai popular\u0103 metod\u0103 de plat\u0103<\/strong> la shopping online \u00een Polonia o reprezint\u0103 pl\u0103\u021bile de tip PayPal sau Amazon Payments (71% dintre clien\u021bi), urmat\u0103 de plata ramburs (47% dintre clien\u021bi) \u0219i plata cu cardul (42% dintre clien\u021bi).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modalitatea de livrare preferat\u0103<\/strong> de polonezi este livrarea la domiciliu \u00een timpul zilei (47%), urmat\u0103 de ridicarea din puncte fixe (21%) \u0219i livrarea la domiciliu seara (12%).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 2018, 75% din popula\u021bia Poloniei se conecta la internet, iar 50.71% dintre conexiuni se realizau de pe telefonul mobil. Pentru 2019 se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 77% dintre polonezi vor avea acces la internet.
