La \u00eenceput acest mod de lucru dinamic este interesant \u0219i plin de satisfac\u021bii, iar oamenii se bucur\u0103 de o promovare rapid\u0103, ignor\u00e2nd micile gre\u0219eli de pe parcurs. \u201d\u0218i de-odat\u0103, s\u0103 e\u0219uezi nu mai pare o op\u021biune \u0219i \u00eencepem s\u0103 \u00eenaint\u0103m \u00een carier\u0103. Cred c\u0103 atunci e momentul c\u00e2nd \u00eencepi s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O, doamne, eu n-ar trebui s\u0103 fiu aici, credeam c\u0103 nu mai e cazul s\u0103 gre\u0219esc la nivelul \u0103sta, oamenii \u00ee\u0219i vor da seama c\u0103 nu sunt la fel de bun\u0103 precum credeam<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d. A\u0219a c\u0103 oamenii \u00eencep s\u0103 nu mai vorbeasc\u0103 despre aceste probleme cu colegii sau managerii, ceea ce e contraproductiv pentru cariera lor \u0219i devin nesiguri c\u0103 munca lor ar avea vreo valoare.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dCe am descoperit e c\u0103, dac\u0103 ne comport\u0103m a\u0219a, dac\u0103 ne \u00eenchidem \u00een noi, dac\u0103 nu spunem cum ne sim\u021bim, \u00eei face \u0219i pe cei pe care \u00eei manageriem s\u0103 se comporte la fel \u0219i astfel creezi un mediu de lucru ostil. Prezen\u021ba acestui mediu ostil \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu e\u0219ti deschis s\u0103 prime\u0219ti oameni noi \u00een marketing.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce vrea s\u0103 spun\u0103 Tiffany este c\u0103 oamenii de marketing ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai deschi\u0219i \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu modul \u00een care munca lor \u00eei afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 accepte mai mult\u0103 diversitate \u00een cercurile lor profesionale. R\u0103spunsul simplu este c\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea trebuie s\u0103 se concentreze pe ceea ce au de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit, sau pe lucrurile \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu care sunt nesiguri, \u0219i s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 o modalitate s\u0103 se perfec\u021bioneze, dar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fie prea severi cu sine. \u201dDac\u0103 e at\u00e2t de important pentru tine, dac\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti \u00een fiecare zi la lucrurile astea negative, nu se merit\u0103 oare s\u0103 faci ceva \u00een privin\u021ba asta? (&#8230;) Poate c\u0103 nu ai destui bani, dar poate e timpul s\u0103 \u00eencepi s\u0103 \u00eencepi un curs.
