Num\u0103rul persoanelor care au f\u0103cut cump\u0103r\u0103turi online \u00een 2019 a crescut cu aproximativ 10% \u00een fiecare lun\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 a r\u0103mas neschimbat num\u0103rul de magazine online pe care oamenii le iau \u00een considerare pe parcursul unui an: <strong>9 magazine, \u00een medie<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest num\u0103r mic de magazine online frecventate anual de rom\u00e2ni se datoreaz\u0103 \u0219i faptului c\u0103 multe nu investesc \u00een <strong>comunicare \u0219i branding<\/strong>. Un trend interesant descoperit \u00een urma studiului este faptul c\u0103 oamenii sunt mult mai aten\u021bi la usability, la c\u00e2t de u\u0219or pot face cump\u0103r\u0103turi de pe un site. Acest aspect este pe locul trei, dup\u0103 <strong>pre\u021b<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>transport<\/strong>, ca factor care influen\u021beaz\u0103 decizia plas\u0103rii unei comenzi. De\u0219i avem tendin\u021ba s\u0103 credem c\u0103 este important doar pentru publicul t\u00e2n\u0103r, mai atent \u0219i mai familiarizat cu detaliile tehnice, se pare c\u0103 usability-ul este important \u0219i pentru publicul de v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00eenaintat\u0103. Au venituri mai mari dec\u00e2t cealalt\u0103 categorie, dec\u00e2t cei ocazionali, at\u00e2t venituri personale c\u00e2t \u0219i venituri pe gospod\u0103rie. Fac parte din familii mai mari, \u00een general 4 membri pe gospod\u0103rie\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afl\u0103m c\u0103 ace\u0219tia aloc\u0103 cei mai mul\u021bi bani pe produse de larg consum, produse pentru copii \u0219i \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte sau \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii care cump\u0103r\u0103 mai rar online au fost \u0219i ei analiza\u021bi, iar profilul lor este c\u00e2t se poate de diferit: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dsunt mai mult femei, au educa\u021bie mai ridicat\u0103, asta mi s-a p\u0103rut interesant, sunt mai multe persoane care au absolvit facultatea dec\u00e2t \u00een cealalt\u0103 categorie. Sunt mai \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219i avem chiar peste 20% dintre ei sunt pensionari, \u0219i e bine, p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, c\u0103 au \u00eenceput s\u0103 cumpere \u0219i ei din online.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00e2nd vine vorba de <strong>a\u0219tept\u0103rile publicului<\/strong> de la un magazin online, pe primul loc \u00een materie de beneficii pe care oamenii le caut\u0103 sunt pre\u021bul, timpul de livrare \u0219i alte beneficii percepute (care se c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 \u00een timp) precum: popularitatea magazinului, s\u0103 fie recomandat de prieteni sau familie, s\u0103 fie un brand de \u00eencredere. Clien\u021bii au un pattern \u00een care tr\u0103iesc \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i doresc de la brand-uri s\u0103 fie surprin\u0219i, s\u0103 le acopere <strong>nevoia de diversitate<\/strong>. \u00cens\u0103 e nevoie ca magazinele online s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een comunicare \u0219i <strong>awareness<\/strong> ca s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 aceste condi\u021bii.
