De asemenea, \u00een \u021b\u0103ri ca Fran\u021ba \u0219i Italia, multe fabrici \u0219i-au \u00eencetat activitatea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen anumite categorii este greu de balansat cererea cu oferta. Cele mai frecvente comenzi sunt pentru produse non-alimentare \u0219i alimente non-fresh (paste, orez, ulei, zah\u0103r etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se lucreaz\u0103, de asemenea, la adaptarea depozitului \u0219i cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii de livrare din supermarketuri, pentru a putea procesa volume de p\u00e2n\u0103 la <\/span><b>1000 de comenzi pe zi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Activitatea curierilor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te <\/span><b>firmele de curierat <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cu care eMAG colaboreaz\u0103, acestea au fost receptive \u0219i au adaptat fluxurile la nivel de protec\u021bie pentru angaja\u021bi \u0219i clien\u021bi: curierii poart\u0103 m\u0103nu\u0219i \u0219i m\u0103\u0219ti de protec\u021bie \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i dezinfecteaz\u0103 ma\u0219inile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volumele de livrare ale curierilor au crescut pe segmentul eCommerce, dar au sc\u0103zut volumele \u00een zona Business 2 Business (B2B), consecin\u021b\u0103 a faptului c\u0103 mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi lucreaz\u0103 de acas\u0103 \u0219i nu de la birou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen momentul de fa\u021b\u0103 <\/span><b>nu sunt probleme pe zona de curierat intern<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, livr\u0103rile nefiind \u00eent\u00e2rziate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din motive de protec\u021bie at\u00e2t a curierilor c\u00e2t \u0219i a clien\u021bilor, se recomand\u0103 plata cu cardul pentru a se evita c\u00e2t mai mult contactul cu cash.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>M\u0103suri speciale pentru platforma eMAG Marketplace<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La data interviului erau <\/span><b>20.625<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de comercian\u021bi activi \u00een platforma eMAG Marketplace, dintre care doar <\/span><b>55<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i-au suspendat activitatea \u00een ultima lun\u0103. Se observ\u0103 un aflux de selleri veni\u021bi din offline, at\u00e2t business-uri de m\u0103rimi mici, c\u00e2t \u0219i business-uri mari, care au migrat \u00een online pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce li s-au \u00eenchis activit\u0103\u021bile \u00een magazinele fizice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eMAG ofer\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 <\/span><b>comision 0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u0219i factureaz\u0103 cu prioritate<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">celor aproximativ<\/span><b> 4.500<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de comercian\u021bi care v\u00e2nd produse pentru protec\u021bia \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii personale pentru a \u00eencuraja aprovizionarea cu acestea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, pentru a proteja v\u00e2nz\u0103torii corec\u021bi din platform\u0103, eMAG a implementat un regulament numit <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dPractici comerciale corecte\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prin care are dreptul s\u0103 suspende din platform\u0103 v\u00e2nz\u0103torii care <\/span><b>speculeaz\u0103 pre\u021buri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sau m\u0103resc excesiv taxele de transport. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent au fost suspendate aproximativ 1.000 de produse \u0219i comercian\u021bii incorec\u021bi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te rela\u021bia cu v\u00e2nz\u0103torii de pe platforma Marketplace, eMAG a implementat o comunicare s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal\u0103 cu ace\u0219tia \u00een care discut\u0103 pe dou\u0103 direc\u021bii: protec\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii lor \u0219i a angaja\u021bilor \u0219i recomand\u0103ri pentru adaptarea afacerii la criza actual\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>M\u0103suri de protec\u021bie pentru angaja\u021bii eMAG<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potrivit lui Iulian Stanciu, au fost luate m\u0103suri suplimentare de protec\u021bie a angaja\u021bilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een punctele logistice: verificarea temperaturii at\u00e2t la intrarea angaja\u021bilor pe tur\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een timpul zilei, verificarea istoricului contactului cu persoane infectate sau \u021binute \u00een izolare, punerea la dispozi\u021bie a unui <\/span><b>medic on-site 24\/7<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, punerea la dispozi\u021bie de m\u0103\u0219ti \u0219i m\u0103nu\u0219i de protec\u021bie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>60%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dintre angaja\u021bii eMAG (aproximativ 3.000) lucreaz\u0103 de acas\u0103. Angaja\u021bilor de peste 55 de ani sau cu probleme medicale cronice (diabet, boli cardiovasculare etc.) li s-a oferit concediu pl\u0103tit 100%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Schimb\u0103ri \u00een strategiile de marketing \u0219i comunicarea c\u0103tre clien\u021bi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S-au observat <\/span><b>acceler\u0103ri \u00een investi\u021biile de marketing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00een special din partea magazinelor care aveau o prezen\u021b\u0103 mai mare \u00een offline. \u00cen contextul crizei actuale, se recomand\u0103 investi\u021bia \u00een marketing pentru acele magazine care au un stoc mare de produse sau au produse noi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cazul eMAG, <\/span><b>comunicarea c\u0103tre clien\u021bi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a fost adaptat\u0103 contextului: preven\u021bie, siguran\u021b\u0103, responsabilitate.
