E o criz\u0103 mai rea dec\u00e2t cea din 2008-2009?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Radu Georgescu: <\/b><em>P\u0103rerea mea e c\u0103 va fi mai r\u0103u \u0219i c\u0103 se vor schimba masiv paradigme &#8211; dar nu m\u0103 pricep foarte mult la predic\u021bii, nu e domeniul meu. Ce am observat este o <strong>digitalizare<\/strong> for\u021bat\u0103 \u0219i lumea va r\u0103m\u00e2ne mai semnificativ digital\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00eenainte. Pe partea B2B cred c\u0103 globalizarea va \u00eencetini. Am v\u0103zut c\u0103 Europa \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een startup-uri locale, s\u0103 se separe de SUA. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cred c\u0103 \u00eencet-\u00eencet internetul global se va transforma \u00een <strong>4 &#8222;interneturi&#8221;<\/strong> \u00een func\u021bie de zon\u0103: <strong>european, american, chinezesc, rusesc,<\/strong> cu oportunit\u0103\u021bi multe pe zona de security. Trend-ul regionaliz\u0103rii se vede de ceva timp.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce ar putea s\u0103 fac\u0103 antreprenorii \u00een situa\u021bia crizei actuale?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b><em>Pentru \u00eenceput, tu ca <strong>manager\/antreprenor\/CEO<\/strong> trebuie s\u0103 te pui &#8211; fizic &#8211; la ad\u0103post. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Al doilea pas este s\u0103-\u021bi pui la ad\u0103post <strong>angaja\u021bii<\/strong>. Am v\u0103zut mul\u021bi care au ignorat pasul \u0103sta \u0219i cred c\u0103 vor avea de pierdut pe multe planuri. Ca antreprenor, e\u0219ti <strong>responsabil<\/strong> de angaja\u021bii t\u0103i \u0219i de familiile lor. Trebuie s\u0103 faci tot ce se poate, la modul empatic, ca ei s\u0103 fie \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103: fizic, cu banii etc. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Al treilea pas este s\u0103 <strong>ai grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu pierzi firma<\/strong>: t\u0103ieri de costuri, renegocieri pe unde e loc, tot ce se poate face astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t compania s\u0103 nu-\u0219i sape groapa.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Punctul 4: trebuie s\u0103 te ui\u021bi la <strong>oportunit\u0103\u021bi noi<\/strong>. P\u00e2n\u0103 acum, la pa\u0219ii 1-3 te aperi. La punctul 4 ie\u0219i afar\u0103 din cutie \u0219i vezi oportunit\u0103\u021bile. Eu nu cred c\u0103 exist\u0103 vreo vertical\u0103 care peste un an de zile &#8211; c\u00e2nd vom avea vaccinul &#8211; va fi la fel ca anul trecut.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cred c\u0103<strong> 90% din companii trebuie s\u0103 pivoteze \u00eentr-un fel sau altul<\/strong>. Trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg ce asset-uri am eu, ca companie. Asset-urile percepute acum 2 luni nu se mai potrivesc. Care sunt asset-urile reale pe care le am, cum \u00eemi imaginez eu c\u0103 va fi lumea, cum pot s\u0103 le folosesc eu \u00eentr-o pivotare a business-ului pe care \u00eel am?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce p\u0103rere ai despre magazinele care vindeau bijuterii \u0219i acum v\u00e2nd alimente?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b><em>Mi se pare o pivotare super cool. Te ui\u021bi ce asset-uri ai: ai knowledge de v\u00e2ndut, de cump\u0103rat? Nu merge cu bijuterii? Te-ai mutat pe m\u00e2ncare \u0219i merge bine. Bravo!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Crezi c\u0103, dup\u0103 restric\u021bii, se va reveni la acelea\u0219i venituri salariale?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Cred c\u0103 le va fi foarte greu companiilor \u0219i le va fi greu \u0219i oamenilor. Ca \u00een orice recesiune, \u0219omajul va fi mare \u0219i lumea va vrea s\u0103 se angajeze cu orice pre\u021b. Acest lucru nu face dec\u00e2t s\u0103 duc\u0103 salariile \u00een jos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Care crezi c\u0103 sunt oportunit\u0103\u021bile pentru industria de ecommerce?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>\u00cen afar\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 fiecare dintre noi comand\u0103m mai des dec\u00e2t acum 2 luni, cred c\u0103 zona asta cre\u0219te.\u00a0<\/em><em>Cred c\u0103 <strong>ecommerce-ul are 2 componente<\/strong>: platform\u0103 \u0219i magazin. Business-ul de magazin are mari probleme, de aprovizionare de exemplu. Dar partea cealalt\u0103 care \u00eenseamn\u0103 tehnologie, decizie, platform\u0103 &#8211; la asta m\u0103 uit \u0219i aici v\u0103d foarte multe oportunit\u0103\u021bi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce p\u0103rere ai despre efectele crizei fa\u021b\u0103 de industria de media?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>\u00cen momentul \u0103sta nu cred c\u0103 a\u0219 investi, nu mi-e clar \u00eencotro se duce. A\u0219 investi oric\u00e2nd \u00een orice fel de instrument care s\u0103 m\u0103 ajute s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg no\u021biunea de fake news, este un subiect care m\u0103 pasioneaz\u0103 \u0219i nu am g\u0103sit un instrument care s\u0103 reu\u0219easc\u0103 s\u0103-mi dea sursele corecte. Eu folosesc acum Google News care \u00eemi ia jum\u0103tate de or\u0103 s\u0103-l trainuiesc ce s\u0103-mi arate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce p\u0103rere ai despre industria de software outsourcing?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Cred c\u0103 st\u0103 mai bine acum dec\u00e2t acum 2 luni. Cred c\u0103 cererea este mai mare acum. Cred c\u0103 au un an de zile de acum \u00eencolo de cre\u0219tere masiv\u0103.\u00a0<\/em><em>Exist\u0103 \u0219i companii de outsourcing care o duc r\u0103u, dar cred c\u0103 este aici doar o problem\u0103 de leadership. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Crezi c\u0103 se va trece mai mult pe freelancing?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Pe programare, probabil c\u0103 da, pentru c\u0103 programatorii sunt din ce \u00een ce mai ceru\u021bi. Freelancing-ul e doar un mic pas p\u00e2n\u0103 la antreprenoriat. :)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Ce abilit\u0103\u021bi sunt esen\u021biale pentru angaja\u021bi \u00een acest moment?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Depinde \u00een ce business lucrezi. Dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m la professional skills, <strong>comunicarea<\/strong> la distan\u021b\u0103 devine mult mai important\u0103. Sunt mul\u021bi oameni care se bazau pe ajutor de la departamentul IT \u0219i au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat multe zilele astea.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Care e cea mai important\u0103 lec\u021bie de business pe care ai primit-o?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Am avut mul\u021bi mentori \u0219i am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat de la fiecare c\u00e2te ceva. Unul din ei a fost Bill Gates \u0219i de la el am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat ce este <strong>marketingul<\/strong> \u0219i cum acesta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar promovare, ci cum s\u0103 faci produsul s\u0103 fie util cuiva. Un alt mentor e fostul CEO al Zapp Mobile care mi-a spus c\u0103 fiecare om\/companie\/entitate are ni\u0219te <strong>interese<\/strong>, \u0219i \u00een orice deal pe care \u00eel faci trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi dac\u0103 se suprapun interesele, ceea ce face discu\u021bia s\u0103 fie mult mai agreabil\u0103: <strong>\u201dNu trebuie s\u0103 pierzi tu ca s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tig eu\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u00e2nd ar trebui s\u0103 \u00eencetezi s\u0103 mai crezi \u00een business-ul t\u0103u?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Nu \u0219tiu\u2026 nu cred c\u0103 exist\u0103 un moment definit despre c\u00e2nd s\u0103 nu mai crezi. R\u0103spunsul e chiar \u00een \u00eentrebare, nu crezi c\u00e2nd nu mai crezi. Atunci ar trebui <strong>s\u0103 pivotezi<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 business-ul e legat de hobby-ul t\u0103u, nu ai de ce s\u0103-i dai drumul, pivoteaz\u0103 undeva \u00een aceea\u0219i zon\u0103 de interes pentru tine. Dac\u0103 ai bani de la investitori, nu po\u021bi s\u0103 opre\u0219ti pur \u0219i simplu lucrurile.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Dincolo de echip\u0103, care sunt metricii importan\u021bi ai unei afaceri care te fac s\u0103 investe\u0219ti \u00eentr-un business?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Pentru mine &#8211; fiecare investitor este altfel &#8211; \u00eemi doresc s\u0103 investesc \u00een lucrurile pe care le \u00een\u021beleg: B2B, software, SaaS cu accent pe security\/FinTech. Eu nu \u00een\u021beleg hardware, B2C de exemplu. M\u0103 mai intereseaz\u0103 s\u0103 am o echip\u0103 cu knowledge de execu\u021bie demonstrat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Pentru mediile SaaS, cum scalezi f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 folose\u0219ti paid media?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><b>R.G. &#8211; <\/b>Cred foarte mult \u00een strategia de marketing prin developeri care \u00eencearc\u0103 \u0219i folosesc produsul, cred c\u0103 ei sunt evangheli\u0219ti extrem de buni \u00een companii.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>G\u00e2nduri de final pentru antreprenori:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Cred c\u0103 \u00een ziua de azi buzzword-ul pentru mine este <strong>pivotarea<\/strong>. Va trebui ca to\u021bi s\u0103 pivot\u0103m, mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin. Foarte pu\u021bine business-uri se vor relua la anul ca \u0219i cum nu s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat nimic.
