Cele mai multe schimb\u0103ri vor fi \u00een aria ce \u021bine de<strong> tehnologie \u0219i digitalizare<\/strong>, pentru c\u0103 digitalizarea a devenit o realitate presant\u0103 \u0219i un element de supravie\u021buire pentru multe business-uri.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fric\u0103 vs. anxietate \u00een antreprenoriat<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unii antreprenori s-au raportat la situa\u021bia actual\u0103 cu un sentiment de team\u0103, lucru care i-a constr\u00e2ns \u0219i i-a motivat la ac\u021biune. Al\u021bii s-au raportat la situa\u021bie cu anxietate \u0219i cu o stare de confuzie, \u0219i sunt acum \u00een stadiul de \u201dfreeze\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Frica<\/strong> e cea mai veche \u0219i cea mai puternic\u0103 dintre emo\u021biile umane. E ceva bun pentru c\u0103 ne d\u0103 energie \u0219i ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 facem fa\u021b\u0103 amenin\u021b\u0103rilor. Sfatul lui Adrian Stanciu pentru antreprenorii bloca\u021bi \u00een incertitudine: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<strong>Face\u021bi ceva!<\/strong> Cel mai important lucru pe care s\u0103-l faci pentru business-ul t\u0103u e s\u0103-i \u00een\u021belegi fundamentalele. \u00cen rest, totul e trial and error \u0219i identificarea unui inamic &#8211; inamicul de acum e <strong>inac\u021biunea<\/strong> \u0219i paralizia\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luarea unei ac\u021biuni \u00een privin\u021ba business-ului \u00een perioada aceasta de criz\u0103 e ca \u0219i cum ai lua-o de la 0, ca atunci c\u00e2nd ai \u00eenceput business-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antreprenori, leadership \u0219i echipe<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E momentul \u00een care mul\u021bi manageri o s\u0103-\u0219i demonstreze calit\u0103\u021bile de<strong> lideri<\/strong>. Criza asta \u00eei va avantaja pe cei care au abilit\u0103\u021bi bune de leadership. <em>\u201dMajoritatea companiilor din Rom\u00e2nia sunt overmanaged \u0219i underlead\u201d <\/em>a mai punctat Adrian Stanciu. Leadership-ul este despre capacitatea de a motiva oameni \u00een situa\u021bii de schimbare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inamicul principal nu este amenin\u021barea, ci anxietatea &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">survival anxiety<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Este \u0219i acesta un catalizator pentru <strong>schimbare<\/strong>, pentru c\u0103 oamenii nu se schimb\u0103 \u00een situa\u021bii confortabile. Survival anxiety face oamenii s\u0103 fie mai dispu\u0219i la a-\u0219i asuma riscul de a face schimb\u0103ri. Dezavantajul acestei anxiet\u0103\u021bi este c\u0103 oamenii aleg certitudinile cele mai la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103, ajung\u00e2ndu-se p\u00e2n\u0103 la teorii ale conspira\u021biei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anxietatea \u00een sine nu e cea mai mare problem\u0103; cea mai mare problem\u0103 este modul cum o trateaz\u0103 \u0219i o rezolv\u0103 liderii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca lider, nu trebuie s\u0103 cre\u0219ti anxietatea, ci s\u0103 <strong>generezi certitudine<\/strong> oriunde se poate. Caut\u0103 anumite paliere de certitudine \u0219i \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te-le. De pild\u0103, competen\u021bele \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile oamenilor sau valorile echipei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaz\u0103 o viziune de viitor. Cu c\u00e2t o creezi \u00eentr-un cadru larg, cu at\u00e2t e mai bine, f\u0103 loc de dezbatere \u00eempreun\u0103 cu echipa. Creeaz\u0103<strong> ini\u021biative de ac\u021biune.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majoritatea rela\u021biilor dintre management \u0219i angaja\u021bi erau p\u00e2n\u0103 acum percepute ca o rivalitate, \u201dnoi versus ei\u201d, se bazeaz\u0103 pe paradigma c\u0103 toate rela\u021biile sunt tranzac\u021bionale. \u00centr-o astfel de situa\u021bie, conflictul acesta e distructiv, mai ales pentru companiile medii \u0219i mari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adrian Stanciu: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<em>Eu<\/em><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u0103 uit la leadership ca la o meserie, dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 pragmatic\u0103 \u0219i utilitar\u0103. Pentru mine, leadershipul e bazat pe paradigma de atrac\u021bie, \u00een timp ce managementul e bazat pe coerci\u021bie, care are 3 elemente: stabilirea a\u0219tept\u0103rilor, stabilirea metricilor \u0219i stabilirea stimulentelor. Cum zicea Eisenhower: \u201dLeadershipul e s\u0103-i faci pe oameni s\u0103 fac\u0103 ce vrei tu pentru c\u0103 a\u0219a vor ei\u201d. \u00cen perioada de criz\u0103 e nevoie de mai mult\u0103 autoritate, din perspectiva de a c\u00e2\u0219tiga timp \u0219i din perspectiva c\u0103 oamenii sunt mai dispu\u0219i s\u0103 urmeze pe cineva care d\u0103 direc\u021bii clare \u0219i u\u0219or de \u00een\u021beles.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despre decizii de business<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Supravie\u021buirea afacerii<\/strong> este obiectivul principal \u0219i ar trebui s\u0103 fie obiectivul tuturor celor implica\u021bi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe termen mediu \u0219i lung <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ddac\u0103 ai oameni care nu au ceva util economic de f\u0103cut, e timpul pentru o reorganizare\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magazinele online nu trebuie s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103 din <strong>comunicare<\/strong>. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dNu \u00een\u021beleg de ce s-au oprit magazinele online din comunicare. Eu, din perspectiva de consumator, m\u0103 bucur c\u0103 sunt mai multe, pentru c\u0103 am mai multe op\u021biuni.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca exemplu, magazinele fashion care vor s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103 produse de supermarket risc\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i alieneze clien\u021bii \u0219i brand-ul. Dar se pot extinde \u00een <strong>proximitatea zonei de competen\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, ca s\u0103 p\u0103streze imaginea de brand \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 publicul al\u0103turi de brand. Doar dac\u0103 nu exist\u0103 nicio variant\u0103 \u00een zona de proximitate, atunci se pot orienta s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103 orice tip de produse pentru c\u0103 este mai bine dec\u00e2t nimic, dec\u00e2t lipsa oric\u0103rei ac\u021biuni de business.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orice business are un <strong>ethos intern<\/strong> care se pierde dac\u0103 managementul opre\u0219te activitatea \u0219i a\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 vad\u0103 ce urmeaz\u0103, ci trebuie s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 segmentul pe care se poate dezvolta, s\u0103 pun\u0103 la b\u0103taie resursele de comunicare sau de investi\u021bie pe care le are la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 pentru a supravie\u021bui.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Revenirea economic\u0103<\/strong> ar putea dura chiar mai mult de un an. Nu e nicio garan\u021bie c\u0103 pia\u021ba se va re\u00eentoarce unde a fost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despre reac\u021bia statului<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Adrian Stanciu: <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi se pare c\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bile au reac\u021bionat peste a\u0219tept\u0103rile mele &#8211; e adev\u0103rat c\u0103 nu a\u0219a a \u00eenceput, dar au reac\u021bionat imediat la feedback. Ce a ie\u0219it mi se pare rezonabil. Are \u0219i zone criticabile, mai ales \u00een zona fiscal\u0103 \u0219i \u00een domeniul medical. Din p\u0103cate nu suntem \u021bara care s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 apeleze la spiritul civic al cet\u0103\u021benilor, pentru c\u0103 nu e at\u00e2t de \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinat, ar fi trebuit mai mult\u0103 rigoare aici. Dar cred c\u0103 statul a intervenit repede \u0219i a intervenit salvator.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema major\u0103 e c\u0103 statul nostru nu e stat american, \u00een sensul c\u0103 nu are muni\u021bie necesar\u0103 pentru interven\u021bie economic\u0103. Sfatul meu pentru antreprenori e s\u0103 se preg\u0103teasc\u0103 pentru ce va urma dup\u0103 16 Mai. Cred c\u0103 tema revenirii economice ar trebui s\u0103 existe pe agenda Guvernului acum, s\u0103 se dezbat\u0103 public.
