Alex declar\u0103 c\u0103 este optimist \u0219i consider\u0103 c\u0103 da. Ace\u0219tia au nevoie de content \u0219i chiar dac\u0103 au comunit\u0103\u021bi mai mici, ele sunt mult mai str\u00e2nse \u0219i dau mai mult randament pe termen lung.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>\u201dTotul e s\u0103 te raportezi la business-ul t\u0103u. Nu trebuie s\u0103 ai neap\u0103rat mul\u021bi prieteni, ci trebuie s\u0103 fii ancorat \u00een domeniul t\u0103u, \u00een comunitatea ta.\u201d<\/i><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cum formezi o comunitate?<\/strong> Iat\u0103 sfatul lui Alex Dona:<\/span><i> \u201d<\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cencepe cu prietenii. Nu-\u021bi fie fric\u0103 s\u0103 implici publicul dar asum\u0103-\u021bi decizia publicului. Comunitatea sunt acei clien\u021bi care vor cump\u0103ra de la voi, indiferent c\u0103 sunte\u021bi mai scumpi, indiferent c\u0103 transportul vine a doua zi.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu este gre\u0219it\u0103 nici investi\u021bia \u00een performance, dar aceasta posibil va cre\u0219te lun\u0103 de lun\u0103. Cei mai puternici influenceri au fost, \u00eens\u0103, clien\u021bii care au cump\u0103rat \u0219i au generat v\u00e2nz\u0103ri la r\u00e2ndul lor (word-of-mouth).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experien\u021ba oferit\u0103 clien\u021bilor este bazat\u0103 pe gamification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen loc de concluzie<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Alex Dona:<strong><i> \u201dNu mai lua\u021bi reperele de dinainte de pandemie, lua\u021bi reperele a\u0219a cum sunt acum.
