Cei doi au discutat despre transform\u0103rile pie\u021bei online de Fashion \u00een perioada pandemiei, solu\u021bii pentru reten\u021bia clien\u021bilor \u0219i diminuarea ratei de retur \u00een Fashion, dar \u0219i impactul modelelor de subscription (precum eMAG Genius) asupra comportamentului de cump\u0103rare.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Robert a deschis discu\u021bia povestind despre experien\u021ba sa de Country Manager la ZOOT.ro, un proiect din al c\u0103rui e\u0219ec a avut multe de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat. Business-ul intrase pe pia\u021ba din Rom\u00e2nia cu un concept nou: clien\u021bii aveau posibilitatea de a comanda produsele online, de a le proba la cabinele din loca\u021biile fizice \u0219i apoi p\u0103strau doar produsele preferate. \u00cen ciuda unui serviciu foarte convenabil pentru clien\u021bi, acesta nu a fost sustenabil, rata de retur fiind foarte mare (75-80%) \u0219i pierderile financiare pe m\u0103sur\u0103. Experien\u021b\u0103 i-a fost, \u00eens\u0103, de ajutor lui Robert pentru a \u00een\u021belege comportamentul clien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt subiect despre care au discutat cei doi a fost evolu\u021bia e-commerce-ului \u00een Romania \u00een ultimii 4-5 ani \u0219i care a fost impactul pandemiei asupra acesteia.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cAprilie mai iunie se suprapun peste primele luni de pandemie c\u00e2nd magazinele se \u00eenchideau \u0219i e-commerce-ul era ca o vest\u0103 de salvare, deci deja nu mai este at\u00e2t de relavant s\u0103 ne compar\u0103m cu lunile lui 2020, ci cu 2019.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dac\u0103 vorbim \u00een salt de doi ani de zile, foarte multe industrii din zona de e-commerce cre\u0219teau cu 50-60% \u00een decurs de doi ani, acum dac\u0103 ne uit\u0103m \u00een spate, vorbim de 100% sau <strong>120-125%<\/strong>. Deci ritmul pe doi ani de zile s-a dublat.\u201d<\/em> a men\u021bionat Robert Berza \u00een timpul interviului.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te volumul de comenzi, acesta este \u00een continuare mare iar tendin\u021ba este de cre\u0219tere, de\u0219i nu la fel de accelerat precum \u00een primele luni de pandemie. Robert vede aceste tendin\u021be ca \u201d<em>ni\u0219te pa\u0219i de cre\u0219tere care ne dau speran\u021be c\u0103 acest <strong>val de digitalizare<\/strong> nu a fost doar un foc de paie care dispare odat\u0103 cu revenirea la normalitate<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Recuren\u021ba clien\u021bilor este o alt\u0103 cre\u0219tere \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een ultimii 2 ani, ca urmare a schimb\u0103rilor generate de impactul pandemiei. \u201d<em>Cre\u0219terea industriei \u00een sine nu a avut ca efect doar atragerea unor clien\u021bi noi care au \u00eenceput s\u0103 comande online, ci mai ales<strong> accelerarea comportamentului de consum al celor care deja cump\u0103rau \u00eenainte<\/strong><\/em>\u201d puncteaz\u0103 Robert Berza.<\/p>\n<p>Pe fondul cre\u0219terii mobilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i relax\u0103rii restric\u021biilor, Robert mai observ\u0103 o schimbare \u00een volumele de c\u0103ut\u0103ri online pentru anumite categorii. Ni\u0219ele de Fashion \u0219i Auto au \u00eenceput din nou s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tige teren, dar s-au men\u021binut \u0219i categoriile FMCG, consumabile, cas\u0103 \u0219i gr\u0103din\u0103. Au pierdut teren produsele din categorii precum <em>indoor fitness<\/em>, pe motiv c\u0103 oamenii au acum posibilitatea s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la sal\u0103 \u0219i nu mai au nevoie de echipamente acas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Comportamentul consumatorilor a suferit o nou\u0103 schimbare, \u00een special \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te <strong>preferin\u021bele de livrare<\/strong>.
