Andrei Radu, gazda webinarului, a vorbit cu el despre provoc\u0103rile magazinelor online \u00een gestionarea campaniilor de performance marketing \u0219i alegerea produselor pentru care merit\u0103 s\u0103 faci campanii de marketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Discu\u021bia a fost plin\u0103 de informa\u021bii utile \u0219i exemple cu date \u00een timp real oferite de C\u0103t\u0103lin. Ne-am notat aici cele mai interesante idei care sper\u0103m s\u0103 v\u0103 fie de folos mai departe:<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimii 2 ani, Facebook \u0219i Google au mizat pe automatizare, dar \u00een marea parte a cazurilor nu au fost foarte de ajutor magazinelor online. Algoritmul nu favorizeaz\u0103 IMM-urile. Pentru companii mici, la \u00eenceput de drum, nu e cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u021bie &#8211; ajut\u0103 mai mult companiile mari \u0219i foarte mari.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>S-a observat o cre\u0219tere de aproximativ 33% a CPC fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut, dar Rom\u00e2nia \u00eenc\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne un ecosistem \u00een care costurile de marketing sunt mici fa\u021b\u0103 de alte \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Au fost peste 800 de magazine lansate \u00een ultimul an. \u00cens\u0103 algoritmul nu aduce acela\u0219i rezultat unui magazin cu istoric de 3 ani fa\u021b\u0103 de magazinele noi. Acestea din urm\u0103 nu de\u021bin acela\u0219i istoric din care algoritmul s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u0219i s\u0103 livreze ad-urile potrivite. Ce trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 magazinele este s\u0103 testeze terenul \u0219i apoi s\u0103 intre pe partea de automatiz\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Printre magazinele care se men\u021bin \u00een pia\u021b\u0103 sunt cele care au <strong>cel mai bun pre\u021b<\/strong> din pia\u021b\u0103 la <strong>momentul potrivit<\/strong>, au <strong>stocurile<\/strong> preg\u0103tite \u0219i <strong>personalizeaz\u0103<\/strong> serviciile \u00een func\u021bie de a\u0219tept\u0103rile clien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Magazinele online trebuie s\u0103 marketeze produsele potrivite, nu categoria. De asemenea, trebuie s\u0103 se uite c\u00e2te produse con\u021bine, \u00een medie, o comand\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Cum identific\u0103m produsul \u201dvedet\u0103\u201d din categoria lui: din raportul din Google Ads verific\u0103m ce produse au <em>trafic mult + v\u00e2nz\u0103ri multe<\/em>. Feed-ul trebuie segmentat \u00een func\u021bie de categoriile de produse care se v\u00e2nd.<\/p>\n<p>Identifica\u021bi produsele care se v\u00e2nd bine \u0219i crea\u021bi campanii doar pe ele, pentru ca celelalte produse din catalog s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u0219ansa s\u0103 fie afi\u0219ate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Google \u0219i Facebook, magazinele online trebuie s\u0103 fie prezente \u0219i s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een campanii de marketing pe comparatoarele de pre\u021buri online.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dispersarea \u00een mai multe canale de promovare este una din marile gre\u0219eli pe care magazinele online le fac c\u00e2nd vine vorba de promovare.
