Cel mai important a fost oferirea unei conexiuni de calitate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Unul dintre serviciile lansate \u00een contextul schimb\u0103rilor de comportament a consumatorilor este YOXO, un abonament de telefonie mobil\u0103 100% digital, care se adreseaz\u0103 \u00een special publicului t\u00e2n\u0103r.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Orange a lansat anul trecut \u0219i un e-shop dedicat clien\u021bilor \u0219i a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit experien\u021ba acestora prin intermediul aplica\u021biei MyOrange.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Echipa Orange a mai observat o cre\u0219tere \u00een adoptarea canalelor digitale \u00een r\u00e2ndul clien\u021bilor, de la plata facturilor la achizi\u021bionarea de noi servicii sau produse. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, a fost nevoie de o cre\u0219tere a vitezei de conectare \u0219i a stabilit\u0103\u021bii re\u021belei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pentru a se adapta comportamentului consumatorilor din ultimii 2 ani, odat\u0103 cu serviciile 5G, Orange a lansat \u0219i oferte de servicii mobile cu conexiune nelimitat\u0103 la internet.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nia este \u00een avantaj fa\u021b\u0103 de alte \u021b\u0103ri europene \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te calitatea conexiunii la internet \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile de dezvoltare digital\u0103. Singurul minus este c\u0103 exist\u0103 discrepan\u021b\u0103 semnificativ\u0103 &#8211; \u0219i loc de dezvoltare &#8211; \u00eentre accesul la internet \u00een zonele urbane \u0219i cele rurale.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nii \u00eenc\u0103 sunt reticen\u021bi la a folosi solu\u021bii de internet banking, ins\u0103 Orange vine \u00een ajutorul clien\u021bilor prin aplica\u021bia Orange Money. \u00cen general, pentru a educa popula\u021bia \u00een acest sens trebuie s\u0103 oferi serviciile potrivite la pre\u021bul potrivit.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pentru a se adapta la schimb\u0103rile digitale din pia\u021b\u0103, companiile trebuie s\u0103 aiba mediul digital ca focus principal \u0219i s\u0103 extind\u0103 acest mindset c\u0103tre toate departamentele.
