Am discutat cu Ciprian Cazacu despre cum se vede, \u00een acest context, \u00eentreg ecosistemul e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p><em>Iat\u0103 principalele idei din cadrul discu\u021biei:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Echipa easySales a lucrat la statistici \u0219i a observat c\u0103, \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te situa\u021bia clien\u021bilor din platform\u0103, <strong>a crescut num\u0103rul v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor<\/strong> \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 a anului precedent: de la aproximativ 270.000 de comenzi \u00een 2021 la peste 580.000 de comenzi \u00een 2022, iar valoarea lor aproape s-a dublat de la 61 de milioane de lei la 118 milioane de lei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pe trendul global, echipa easySales a observat o sc\u0103dere a v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor totale de 10-11% \u00een luna Martie fa\u021b\u0103 de luna Februarie a anului curent. \u00cens\u0103, spre finalul lunii Aprilie 2022 se observ\u0103 <strong>o u\u0219oar\u0103 revenire la dinamica de dinainte de declan\u0219area r\u0103zboiului<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen contextul local, clien\u021bii de pe platforma easySales au \u00eenregistrat sc\u0103deri bru\u0219te \u00een v\u00e2nz\u0103rile online imediat dup\u0103 declan\u0219area r\u0103zboiului, de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 49-50%.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La momentul discu\u021biei, lucrurile sunt pe un trend natural de cre\u0219tere \u00een comer\u021bul online, iar Ciprian prevede o <strong>cre\u0219tere de 5-10% per total p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului<\/strong>, chiar \u0219i cu efectele r\u0103zboiului \u0219i ale infla\u021biei, pentru c\u0103 popula\u021bia a devenit mai comod\u0103 \u0219i s-a obi\u0219nuit \u00eenc\u0103 din pandemie s\u0103 comande online.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, acest trend se men\u021bine \u00een mediul urban. Mediul rural \u00eenc\u0103 nu s-a obi\u0219nuit s\u0103 comande online chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 impactul pandemiei. Motivele ar fi, printre altele, costul de transport mai ridicat fa\u021b\u0103 de urban \u0219i <strong>lipsa infrastructurii necesare<\/strong> pentru servicii eficiente de curierat.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Tendin\u021b\u0103 la nivel local \u00een e-commerce: cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de pl\u0103\u021bi cu cardul sau prin transfer bancar (<strong>37%<\/strong>). Din p\u0103cate, 67% dintre clien\u021bii finali \u00eenc\u0103 fac comenzi cu cash on delivery.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La nivel interna\u021bional se observ\u0103 un trend de <strong>ni\u0219are a magazinelor online<\/strong> pe anumite categorii (cum ar fi: cafea de specialitate, \u00eenc\u0103l\u021b\u0103minte special\u0103 etc.) \u0219i o cre\u0219tere a marketplace-urilor care deservesc sau sprijin\u0103 o anumit\u0103 comunitate (de exemplu: produc\u0103tori locali).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia se observ\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai bine aceast\u0103 tendin\u021b\u0103 de transformare \u0219i evolu\u021bie a marketplace-urilor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dac\u0103 nu ai v\u00e2ndut niciodat\u0103 online, este destul de dificil s\u0103 vinzi pe marketplace.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00cen marketplace, <strong>principalele categorii de produse care \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 cele mai multe comenzi<\/strong> sunt cele din categoria Home&amp;Garden, aici co\u0219ul de cump\u0103r\u0103turi e app 154 lei. La categoria Electronice, IT \u0219i Periferice num\u0103rul de comenzi e mai mic, \u00eens\u0103 co\u0219ul de cump\u0103r\u0103turi \u00eensumeaz\u0103 \u00een medie 660 lei.<\/p>\n<p>Ca num\u0103r de comenzi \u00een marketplace, cele mai populare categorii sunt Home&amp;Garden, Health&amp;Care, Baby, Kids &amp; Toys.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Verticala de Fashion<\/strong> este \u00een top atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba de v\u00e2nz\u0103rile direct de pe site-urile magazinelor online. Ciprian chiar recomand\u0103 s\u0103 vinzi produsele \u0219i pe site-ul t\u0103u atunci c\u00e2nd ai un magazin din ni\u0219a de Fashion, nu doar exclusiv pe un marketplace.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pentru cei interesa\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i extind\u0103 afacerea online pe un marketplace, Ciprian men\u021bioneaz\u0103 <strong>top 3 marketplace-uri rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti care asigur\u0103 mai multe v\u00e2nz\u0103ri<\/strong>: eMAG Rom\u00e2nia, eMAG Ungaria \u0219i Elefant, urmate \u00eendeaproape de eMAG Bulgaria \u0219i Vivre.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Lu\u00e2nd ca referin\u021b\u0103 perioada Ianuarie-Martie 2021 versus 2022, <strong>v\u00e2nzarea pe magazinele proprii a sc\u0103zut<\/strong> de la 63% la 55%. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, a \u0219i crescut num\u0103rul de marketplace-uri iar acestea dispun de fonduri mai mari alocate pentru a fi prezente mai aproape de clientul final \u0219i \u00eencep s\u0103 atrag\u0103 mai mult din cota de pia\u021b\u0103 a magazinelor online.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Tot \u00een aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 de referin\u021b\u0103, se observ\u0103 sc\u0103deri \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te <strong>comenzile anulate<\/strong> (de la\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.15% la 5.41%) \u0219i <strong>retururile<\/strong> (de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5% la 3%)<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Exist\u0103, desigur, \u0219i <strong>dezavantaje \u00een v\u00e2nzarea pe marketplace<\/strong>: complexitatea mare a proceselor (ca \u0219i cum ai avea 3-4 magazine online pentru care trebuie s\u0103 \u00eentre\u021bii produse), e\u0219ti pus \u00een acela\u0219i loc cu competi\u021bia, trebuie s\u0103 fii mai standardizat \u0219i mai riguros \u00een procesele de v\u00e2nzare, clientul nu mai este al t\u0103u exclusiv \u0219i nu \u00eel po\u021bi retargeta cu campanii de marketing, iar uneori produsul t\u0103u poate fi canibalizat de marketplace.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pentru <strong>a te diferen\u021bia de concuren\u021b\u0103 \u00een marketplace<\/strong>, Ciprian recomand\u0103: s\u0103 ai produsele c\u00e2t mai bine documentate, s\u0103 acorzi aten\u021bie review-urilor pe care le prime\u0219ti, s\u0103 ai brand-ul t\u0103u care nu poate fi v\u00e2ndut de alt competitor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/andrei.radu.gpec\/videos\/524007962576885\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Urm\u0103re\u0219te aici discu\u021bia integral\u0103.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fcbkbttn_buttons_block\" id=\"fcbkbttn_left\"><div class=\"fcbkbttn_like \"><div class=\"fb-like fb-like-button_count\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.gpec.ro\/blog\/gpec-live-cum-sa-scalezi-afacerea-e-commerce\" data-colorscheme=\"light\" data-layout=\"button_count\" data-action=\"like\"  data-size=\"small\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><p>\u00cen data de 14 Aprilie am dat startul unei noi serii de webinarii GPeC LIVE al\u0103turi de primul invitat special: Ciprian Cazacu, Co-Founder &amp; CEO easySales.
