The most liked mobile apps<\/h3>\n

\"StudiuTRUSTED.ro did an empirical research to find out what are the mobile apps that Romanians prefer. This is not a scientific research, but a simple poll. The study used public data from Apple and Google. Emag, OLX and Fashion Days<\/strong> are leading the smartphone top and Android is the most installed OS. 94% of users visit the shops’ websites using the mobile browsers.<\/p>\n

Instagram and Facebook\u00a0will use you more<\/h3>\n

\"142747811JS002_Facebook_To_\"Instagram will use data from its big brother, Facebook, to serve targeted ads to their daily 300 million visitors. In Romania, there are 140.000 active users, according to Zelist. Users of the platform will have a degree of control in the adverts they receive. Improved feedback mechanisms mean that people can tailor the adverts they see depending on their relevance to what they want. More than 2 million companies use Facebook for promotion.<\/p>\n

Search for shoes with photos of shoes!<\/h3>\n

\"Shoes-com\"SHOES.COM<\/strong>\u00a0can now provide consumers with the shoes most similar to those in pictures they submit. When Google bought price comparison website Like.com in 2010, it also acquired Visually Similar, which works the same way. Zappos got into visual search six years ago, when the items on the page would arrange by similarity based on which products consumers clicked. The visual search feature only applies to women’s shoes for now and works on mobile only.<\/p>\n

In Facebook’s early experiments, companies can display their available products on their page and let customers check out and pay without leaving the site. Facebook was actually early \u2014 it\u00a0started to test a new type of call-to-action ad last summer that would let people make a purchase directly from an advertisement, without leaving Facebook.\u00a0Twitter, Pinterest, and Google all followed with various types of „buy buttons”.<\/p>\n
