Timpul mediu de incarcare pe magazinele optimizate pentru mobil &#8211; 4 secunde. Am avut magazine care s-au incarcat si in 20 de secunde.<br \/>\n&#8211; Profilele de linkuri: majoritatea magazinelor au o proportie covarsitoare de linkuri care vin catre homepage. Avem zeci de mii de pagini care nu primesc niciun link extern. Ce intelege Google din asta?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alexandru L\u0103pu\u0219an<\/strong>, jurat pe partea de Usability, Customer Experience:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Toate site-urile jurizate ofera functionalitatea de review-uri, doar ca review-urile nu exista. Se pot face lucruri creative pentru a rezolva problema asta &#8211; concursuri, oferirea de vouchere etc.<br \/>\n&#8211; Toata lumea are pagina de Facebook, dar nu toti o folosesc mai mult decat: iata un produs nou!<br \/>\n&#8211; Nu fiti zgarciti in privinta hosting-ului! Nu mai conteaza nimic daca siteul nu functioneaza.<br \/>\n&#8211; Exista echipe carora le este \u201ejena\u201d sa-si spuna povestea pe site. Nu va ascundeti echipa din spate, acest personal touch poate sa dea o tusa de umanitate procesului de cumparare de pe site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andreea Moisa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pagina de multumire &#8211; thank you page &#8211; e punctul in care incepe transformarea unui client intr-un ambasador de brand care va reveni cu placere pe site.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aceasta pagina e momentul sa ii oferim clientului ceva, nu sa ii cerem sa mai faca imediat o alta actiune.<br \/>\n&#8211; Inscrierea la newsletter &#8211; fie este pierduta in footer, fie este ceruta intr-o maniera agresiva.<br \/>\n&#8211; Odata ce te inscrii la newsletter, toata comunicarea are o nota tranzactionala. Ar trebui sa existe si o parte informationala.<br \/>\n&#8211; Oamenii iau decizii bazate pe emotii, asa ca descrierile de produs trebuie sa apeleze la aceste emotii.<br \/>\n&#8211; Unul din lucrurile pe care speram sa le punem la punct la anul este crearea profilurilor de buyer persona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doina Vilceanu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Haideti sa scriem pentru oameni, sa avem grija ce scriem in formulare, in pop-uri, in toate mesajele pe care le afisam pe site-urile noastre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pastrati experienta din magazinele fizice si in magazinele online. Utilizzatorii vor alege intotdeauna magazinul care le ofera un buyer&#8217;s journey special.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ela Moraru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pozitionarea elementelor pe site e foarte importanta.<br \/>\n&#8211; Daca nu aveti produsele in stoc, mentionati acest lucru pe site.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cand un utilizator e la un pas sa finalizeze comanda nu-i pune un buton in care ii recomanzi sa modifice comanda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Razvan Acsente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Personalizarea continutului de pe site<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Realizati continut pentru utilizatori. Educare intr-un mod interactiv (Ce tip de continut? Cum promovezi continutul).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cum folosim mobilul in procesul de cumparare (<em>tap to call<\/em> &#8211; o functionalitate care nu trebuie sa lipseasca)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bogdan Manolea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Notele mici din comepetitie nu trebuie luate ca la <em>facultate.\u00a0<\/em>Ele sunt un feedback din partea noastra pentru magazinele inscrise in Competitia GPeC. Nu trebuie luate persoanal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Partea legala nu trebuie ignorata. Riscul cel mai mare este amenda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Intalnirele cu juratii se fac pentru ca voi sa intelegeti feedback-ul de la jurati.
