Nu cere\u021bi ceea ce nu v\u0103 este necesar, \u00een func\u021bie de business.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dac\u0103 prin comportamentul lui, utilizatorul d\u0103 semnale c\u0103 nu mai are nevoie de produsul X, ar fi cazul s\u0103 te reorientezi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; E foarte important s\u0103 fim relevan\u021bi pentru clien\u021bi, nu doar s\u0103 le oferim promo\u021bii. \u0218i pentru asta e nevoie, din start, s\u0103 ob\u021binem de la ei o adres\u0103 de e-mail principal\u0103, pe care o verific\u0103 mereu. Iar pe termen lung trebuie s\u0103 fim capabili s\u0103 punem cap la cap mai multe categorii de informa\u021bii despre ei &#8211; <strong>demografice \u0219i comportamentale<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 un b\u0103rbat caut\u0103\u00a0<em>o dat\u0103<\/em> o rochie pentru so\u021bia lui, asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 din momentul acela ne adres\u0103m lui ca unei femei, pentru c\u0103 \u0219tim, din baza de date, sexul, v\u00e2rsta lui \u0219i alte informa\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cu<strong> userii super-<em>engaged<\/em><\/strong>, cei mai activi, putem s\u0103 comunic\u0103m mai mult. Dac\u0103 ei dau semne c\u0103 vor s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 mai multe mesaje, putem s\u0103 le cerem acordul pentru a intra pe o list\u0103 de e-mail-uri care vor primi mai multe mesaje. De exemplu, post-achizi\u021bie, \u00eei po\u021bi recomanda userului super-<em>engaged<\/em> produse care s-ar potrivi cu ceea ce tocmai a cump\u0103rat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Din cercet\u0103rile pe programele de loializare (prin e-mail marketing), se pare c\u0103<strong> func\u021bioneaz\u0103 mult mai bine cele g\u00e2ndite pe num\u0103r de achizi\u021bii<\/strong> dec\u00e2t pe valoarea comenzilor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Scopul etapei de <b>tranzi\u021bie\u00a0<\/b>este s\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 re\u021binem clien\u021bii atunci c\u00e2nd vor s\u0103 renun\u021be la rela\u021bia cu ei.
