Fluxurile globale de comer\u021b electronic revolu\u021bioneaz\u0103 shopping-ul, dar actualele fluxuri de livrare nu sunt adaptate. Aproape unul din cinci cet\u0103\u021beni din UE identific\u0103 <strong>pre\u021burile mici de livrare<\/strong> drept cea mai mare \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire care ar putea fi adus\u0103 pentru a \u00eencuraja cump\u0103r\u0103turile online de la magazine din alte \u021b\u0103ri membre ale Uniunii Europene. \u00cen mod similar, mai mult de o treime din magazinele online v\u0103d costurile mari de livrare transfrontalier\u0103 drept un obstacol \u00een calea v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor \u00een alte \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Crearea unei pie\u021be de livrare bazate pe informa\u021bii este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i mul\u021bi juc\u0103tori de pe pia\u021b\u0103 furnizeaz\u0103 deja astfel de servicii, inclusiv sisteme de management al pl\u00e2ngerilor \u0219i <strong>servicii de returnare<\/strong>. Totu\u0219i, ace\u0219ti juc\u0103tori au nevoie de interoperabilitate cu magazinele online \u0219i cu celelalte servicii, pentru a putea colabora cu magazinele online de toate m\u0103rimile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-un\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecommerce-europe.eu\/app\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Ecommerce-Europe-Manifesto-for-a-better-parcel-delivery-market-in-Euro....pdf\" target=\"_blank\">manifest publicat online<\/a> (fi\u0219ier PDF), Ecommerce Europe arat\u0103:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Magazinele online mari \u0219i mai ales platformele au \u00eenceput s\u0103-\u0219i dezvolte propriile servicii de livrare pentru c\u0103 ele consider\u0103 c\u0103 serviciile existente sunt prea scumpe \u0219i ineficiente pe alocuri. \u00cen viziunea asocia\u021biei\u00a0Ecommerce Europe,\u00a0exist\u0103 riscul ca operatorii po\u0219tali s\u0103 aib\u0103 tot mai pu\u021bine volume de bunuri de transportat \u0219i astfel s\u0103-\u0219i piard\u0103 cei mai mari \u0219i mai importan\u021bi clien\u021bi. \u00cen acest scenariu, este foarte posibil ca asemenea platforme s\u0103-\u0219i transforme propriile servicii de livrare, pentru a le face accesibile c\u0103tre ter\u021be p\u0103r\u021bi, de exemplu c\u0103tre IMM-uri care ar dori s\u0103 aib\u0103 propriul magazin online dar legat de serviciile de livrare furnizate de o alt\u0103 platform\u0103.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Comisia European\u0103\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecommerce-europe.eu\/news-item\/european-commission-publishes-2016-consumer-markets-scoreboard\/\" target=\"_blank\">a publicat recent<\/a>\u00a0raportul denumit\u00a0<strong>2016 Consumer Markets Scoreboard<\/strong>, care monitorizeaz\u0103 aprecierile consumatorilor din UE referitoare la 42 de pie\u021be de bunuri \u0219i servicii. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te comer\u021bul electronic, raportul arat\u0103 c\u0103 pia\u021ba serviciilor po\u0219tale beneficiaz\u0103 de \u00eencredere dar trebuie s\u0103 se adapteze la un e-commerce \u00een dezvoltare, inclusiv transfrontalier. \u00cen compara\u021bie cu alte pie\u021be de servicii, sectorul po\u0219tal are o propor\u021bie mai mare de consumatori care au \u00eenregistrat probleme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, comer\u021bul electronic a fost unul dintre principalii factori care au dus la cre\u0219terea livr\u0103rilor de pachete la nivel na\u021bional c\u00e2t \u0219i interna\u021bional, potrivit Autorit\u0103\u021bii Na\u021bionale pentru Administrare \u0219i Reglementare \u00een Comunica\u021bii, citate de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.romania-insider.com\/e-commerce-boosts-romanias-postal-services-market\/\" target=\"_blank\">Romania Insider<\/a>. <strong>Pia\u021ba serviciilor po\u0219tale<\/strong> a crescut cu 4,4%, la 533 de milioane de euro anul trecut.
