                GPeC SUMMIT 1-2 November is a hybrid event, organized both with physical limited\u00a0 number attendance and with online participation, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

                • The Intensive GPeC courses<\/strong> from 1 November take place exclusively online on Zoom, in Romanian.<\/strong> Running in parallel, you will be able to choose only 1 course you want to attend - choose wisely!<\/span><\/li>\n
                • The GPeC conference on 2 November<\/strong> will take place in a central location in Bucharest to be announced in a very short time, with most of the speakers physically present on stage (including international speakers) and with all the offline event setup;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Attendance to the GPeC Conference on 2 November can be done physically for a limited number of people who purchase the FULL EXPERIENCE or 2-Day-Pass HYBRID ticket<\/strong> and present the EU COVID Digital Certificate<\/strong> attesting: vaccination, passing through the disease or the negative result of a RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours, according to current legislation;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Also, the GPeC Conference on 2 November can be accessed through the ONLINE streaming<\/strong> app for the related ticket holders;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • With the exception of the GPeC Awards Ceremony on the evening of 2 November, which is accessible both physically, by invitation and for free online, all GPeC SUMMIT 1-2 November sessions are only available for a fee, either by purchasing tickets for the ONLINE version or FULL EXPERIENCE or 2-Day-Pass HYBRID tickets with physical presence and in the legal conditions at the day of the event;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • For the FULL EXPERIENCE or 2-Day-Pass HYBRID ticket holders, the proper wearing of the sanitary mask is mandatory throughout the GPeC SUMMIT event;<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • If the authorities come with new regulations for organising events with physical presence, they will be communicated immediately to the participants and become mandatory in accordance with the legal provisions in force at that time;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • If it is forbidden to organize events with physical presence, FULL EXPERIENCE or 2-Day-Pass HYBRID tickets are automatically converted into ONLINE access tickets, and the price difference will be refunded to participants within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of the event<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Tickets are non-refundable<\/strong>, but if the person can no longer participate, they can transfer the ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the start of the event - please write to us at contact@gpec.ro with the subject \"Change participant data\"<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • The access ticket to GPeC SUMMIT will be sent electronically by e-mail and will have to be presented at the access to the location on the morning of 2 November, 2021, together with the EU Digital Green Certificate. In accordance with the legal obligations, the organizer will verify the validity of the certificate with the mobile verification application, without collecting any information through this process;<\/span><\/li>\n
