After spending more than 10 years as Marketing and Communication Director at FAN Courier, the largest courier company in Romania, Roxana made the transition into entrepreneurship and consultancy in 2020. In this role, she supports companies in shaping their brand identity, defining and implementing communication strategies, and developing projects that highlight their uniqueness in the eyes of consumers and within their respective markets.<\/p>\n

In addition, she helps marketing teams understand how their communication is perceived, identify strategic recommendations aligned with their objectives, and determine the most effective ways to build and manage their brand identity.<\/p>\n

She has extensive experience in leading marketing departments, brand and campaign management, crisis communication, media relations, working with Key Opinion Leaders, and internal communication.<\/p>\n

In 2025, she co-founded DRIVION<\/strong>, a strategic marketing agency specialized in the transport and logistics industry. Together with Claudia Barbu, she naturally returned to this sector with the goal of strengthening marketing in an industry with huge potential, yet one that deserves greater visibility.<\/p>\n
