Register your online shop with GPeC Online Shops Competition

The 9th edition of GPeC Online Shops Competition, one of the most complex e-commerce competitions, based on a compelling set of more than 90 jury ranking criteria, started on April 25. Registrations are now open and already more than 40 online shops expressed their will to participate.

The registration period ends on May 23 2014 (23:59 Romania’s time, GMT+2, CET+1), but online shops who fill in the registration form by May 9 inclusive, benefit from 2 free tickets for GPeC Summit – the most important e-commerce event in the region. The event will be held on May 26-27-28 2014, in Bucharest and will reunite some of the best Romanian and international e-commerce specialists.

Apart from free participation in GPeC Summit – which already means 254 EUR savings (the price of 2 free access tickets) – online shops registering with the competition have many other direct benefits:

Online shops will be evaluated by more than 20 e-commerce specialists based on the most complex assessment criteria consisting of more than 90 criteria which are essential for any online business;
The online shops evaluation is done during 2 evaluation stages, done at different moments in time, in order to observe the online shop’s evolution during the competition months;
No matter if they are or not among the GPeC competition winners, all online shops registered with GPeC Online Shops Competition receive their evaluation reports (such a professional evaluation report would cost at least 2000 EUR);
Assessment reports contain jury specialists’ grades for each criterion, as well as jury explanations and recommendations;
After the first evaluation stage is done, online shops can contact the jury members in order to discuss the evaluation report and find out the jury’s recommendations in order to improve their business;
Apart from the competition benefits, online shops receive free access to conversion optimization and A/B testing tools – Marketizator and Vibetrace (which means they save 800 EUR, the monthly cost of the 2 optimization tools if they were not registered with GPeC);
Online shops from outside Romania receive the “GPeC 2014 certified trusted online shop” brand for 12 months;
As soon as they comply with the pre-screening criteria and are accepted in the competition, Romanian online shops receive the TRUSTED brand for free, for 12 months, which means they save 120 EUR more (the cost of the trust mark, if they were not registered with GPeC 2014).
