Two Romanians reinvent e-commerce
Two young Romanian antrepreneurs launched a tool called TwoTap allowing users to buy a product directly from the affiliated website (blog or online publication). Razvan Roman and Radu Spineanu founded this project in the USA at the beginning of 2013, starting from the idea that “links are not the future in affiliate marketing”. Radu worked in Romania for 2Parale (now 2Performant), the first affiliate marketing platform in Romania. More details, on techinasia.com.
Consumers, private data and online shops
Issues related to users private data are some of the pitfalls of an omnichannel system. 60% of consumers don’t want their offline and online data to be merged by retailers. This is one of the conclusions of a research undertaken by Periscope on 1674 consumers in the USA and UK. Download the paper at www.periscope-solutions.com.
The blog is not in fashion in the e-commerce anymore
