Elefant.ro attracts a new investment fund in ownership
Elefant.ro closes a round of investments of 5.5 million euros and attracts investment fund shareholders Axxess Capital, acording to profit.ro. The online store has been on the Romanian market for 6 years, during which it has drawn several rounds of investment from Fribourg Capital, founding majority shareholder, the Catalyst Romania funds and currently the Emerging Europe Accession Fund (EEAF), a private equity fund advised by Axxess Capital.
Cross-Border Magazine launches
The first issue of the cross-border-magazine.com arrived at our office this week. The online edition also features an interview with our colleague Raluca Radu. This magazine is produced by European entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs interested in international e-commerce.

eBay feedback system changes in the UK
eBay UK has made a change this week that diminishes the transparency in the marketplace, writes ecommercebytes.com. The “Feedback left for others” option has been removed from the users’ feedback page, a transformation that only happened in the UK. The change has not been announced in advance and it is not known if it will be implemented on eBay USA. More details in the original article.
Windows Store vs. Steam
Epic Game CEO, Tim Sweeney, believes that Microsoft is planning to ban the Steam platform and online video games shop. This could take place on Windows 10 operating system, as the company wants users to migrate to Windows Store, writes computergames.ro.
