How much does it cost?
- SOLD OUT! GROUND FLOOR: Exhibition space measuring 3 meters wide x 2 meters deep (6 sqm) x 2.5 meters high – 2,999 EUR + VAT. The price includes: rental of the space (stand construction is not included and is your responsibility; it must meet certain conditions and be of premium quality—roll-up banners are not accepted, and the design should be tech/digital to align with the GPeC concept), wireless internet access, electrical outlet, and 3 complimentary LITE tickets to GPeC SUMMIT on October 14, excluding lunch and the Networking Party (included are 1 Welcome Coffee, 2 Coffee Breaks, and snacks/refreshments throughout the day). An upgrade to PREMIUM tickets, which includes lunch and access to the Networking Party on the evening of October 14 (with open bar and finger food), is available. If you wish to upgrade, please mention it in the email when reserving your exhibition space.
- UPPER FLOOR: Networking and free – discussion area. After 18.00 there will be held a before eCommerce Awards Gala Cocktail Reception.
GPeC Expo starts early in the morning of 14th of October, at 08:00 AM. That means you need to be 100% ready at the opening of the gates:
- You need to be able to come on Monday night, starting 22:00, in order to set-up your booth / expo area. We know it’s not the most pleasant thing, but the entire Expo setup can be done only between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:30 AM, in the night between 13th to 14th of October.
- Prepare your own booth and/or spider banner to differentiate your exhibition space
- Prepare a small table, chairs, bean bags, couch – any small furniture that you wish to have in your booth – we cannot provide any furniture from the location.
- Think ahead about the marketing strategy you will be approaching and the activation campaigns you will run – from experience, anything that is out-of-the-box is catchy & memorable!
- Get your promo materials ready on time – think fun, useful, reliable, relatable materials.
- Set your communication with the hostesses or any other marketing strategy that will make you stand out in the crowd! Don’t leave anything to the last minute.
