How much does it cost?
- 1 Expo Booth space 3 m lenght x 2 m width (6 mp) – 1.499 EUR + VAT. The price includes the following: renting the space (without any kind of stand building), wireless internet access, power outlet, 3 free LITE tickets at GPeC SUMMIT on 31st of October, lunch & dinner not included (2 tickets to ensure a permanent presence at the booth + 1 ticket for attendance at the GPeC SUMMIT Conference on the 31st of October).
Important to know
GPeC Expo starts early in the morning of 31st of October, at 08:00 AM. That means you need to be 100% ready at the opening of the gates:
- You need to be able to come on Monday night, starting 23:15, in order to set-up your booth / expo area. We know it’s not the most pleasant thing, but the entire Expo setup can be done only between 23:00 (11:00 PM) and 07:30 AM, in the night between 30th to 31st of October.
- Prepare your own booth and/or spider banner to differentiate your exhibition space
- Prepare a small table, chairs, bean bags, couch - any small furniture that you wish to have in your booth
- Think ahead about the marketing strategy you will be approaching and the activation campaigns you will run
- Get your promo materials ready on time
- Set your communication with the hostesses or any other marketing strategy that will make you stand out in the crowd! Don’t leave anything to the last minute
