You will have a dedicated space where you can present your E-Commerce or Digital Marketing startup to the attendees, establish contacts and partnerships, find clients, or increase your business visibility. To reserve the space, you need to prove that your business is at an early stage (maximum 36 months since incorporation). Included in the price: Rental of the exhibition space (furniture is not included and must be provided by you: you may bring up to 2 chairs and 1 table, roll-up banners, a digital totem, or any other tech-driven solution to attract visitors’ attention), Wireless internet access, Power outlet, 2 free LITE tickets to GPeC SUMMIT – May 26, excluding lunch and the Networking Soiree (the tickets include 1 Welcome Coffee, 2 Coffee Breaks, and snacks/refreshments throughout the day), promotion on GPeC Website & Social Media Channels. Important to know
GPeC Expo starts at 8 AM on the 26th of May. That means you have to be 100% ready at that time!
- You will come to the venue on Monday evening (25th of May) to get your booth ready. We know it’s not the most pleasant thing, but the entire Expo setup can be done only between 10.00 PM – 07:30 AM.
- Your presence must be premium! We can help you with examples and stand suppliers (including discounts) – so, contact us!
- Start thinking and preparing in advance your marketing strategy and activation campaigns you will run – without them, you won’t get the expected results!
- Prepare in advance any promotional materials you want to distribute at the stand
- Establish a relationship with hostesses or any marketing action that highlights you! Don’t leave anything to the last minute.
