Carmen Vasilescu is Logistics Director at KLG Europe Logistics, with over 25 years of experience in various sectors of the supply chain industry: supply, logistics, national distribution, ambient working environment or temperature control. Working both in the corporate environment and in entrepreneurship, as a provider of in-house logistics services or as a 3PL logistics operator, she has participated in numerous projects: reorganization of operational flows, construction of temperature-controlled or environmental warehouses, process optimizations. Her most precious project: the implementation in 2001 of the ‘home delivery’ service currently called courier delivery, as a partner together with one of the biggest players in the Romanian delivery market.
