Ion Horneț is the Chief Commercial Officer at Simpals – a holding company for several digital solutions in the e-commerce sector in Moldova:

• Afisha.md – electronic ticket sales

Ion has extensive experience in the Moldovan e-commerce ecosystem. During the height of the pandemic, at the end of 2020, he launched Glovo operations in Moldova with a small team on Chișinău’s city day. The following year, he joined the 999.md team for an even more ambitious challenge: transforming Moldova’s largest classifieds site into a marketplace.
