With a great passion for technology and a rich experience in software development and business process management, Mircea Stan founded in 2016 the first LogTech startup in Romania – Postis. It has revolutionized the retail, logistics and transportation sectors through IT technologies – open digital platforms, the use of data to substantiate business decisions, machine-learning algorithms and process automation.

The Postis platform integrates all significant transport and delivery services providers and ensures the management, optimization and automation of supply chain processes. The platform can be used by any retailer, E-Commerce player or logistics services provider in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe that needs to increase productivity, simplify operations, optimize costs, scale the business, adjust the business model, improve customer experiences or rapidly enter new markets.

Mircea is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, specializing in Telecommunications, and holds an MBA in Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from London Business School.
