Sergiu Mălai is the founder of the Hermina brand, known for using advanced technologies in the production of high-quality knitwear. With extensive experience in knitwear production, Sergiu began his career in the field in 2005 in Romania. He later transferred his activities to Moldova, producing for the most renowned European and global brands, exporting over 1.5 million high-fashion items.

Since 2012, Hermina has also focused on the domestic market, and today, Hermina has successfully adopted e-commerce, which now accounts for more than 20% of its sales. Launched in 2022, the Hermina.md website has sold over 5,000 products in 18 months, generating nearly 2 million MDL.
