Policy Manager | AmCham Moldova

Mihai has extensive experience in the tax field, working for almost 10 years within the State Tax Service. Throughout his professional activity he was responsible for tax administration, taxpayer service, operative and post-operational tax audit, arrears management, international exchange of information, etc.

Mihai holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Law. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student in International Economic Relations.

Mihai is currently working as a Policy Manager within the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova. He coordinates Tax , Financial Services,  Digital Transformation, and Manufacturing & Trade Committees within AmCham and is an active member of public-private dialogue forums on policy and regulatory topics related to e-commerce.
